When you contact me via phone call or text, I may not be able to respond right away. I strive to get back to you as soon as possible, but it may take up to 24 hours for me to reply. Texting is the most efficient way to reach me, as I will respond to those messages the quickest. Additionally, I do check my voicemail, so if you call and I don’t answer, please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Perfume and Health Issues

Please refrain from wearing any perfumes or fragrances during your appointment. Additionally, it is important to be aware that waxing and body treatments may cause certain side effects, such as skin removal, redness, swelling, and tenderness, due to factors such as skin sensitivity, product use, sun exposure, medications, and other conditions. If you have high blood pressure, physical concerns, are taking Accutane or Retin-A, or any other topical or oral treatments for skin, diabetes, or are pregnant, please inform me prior to reserving your treatments.

Privacy

Conversations in the treatment room remain strictly confidential, and I never share any client information. Health history forms and email lists are kept securely and never shared with any third parties. NewSkin By B, is a private, single-treatment room studio. To ensure the privacy of my clients, I always have a sign on the door indicating whether I am in session or open for business. If I am in session when you arrive, please wait quietly until the appointment has ended.
